To dramatically improve the Customer Experience (CX), Martha founded Interaction Metrics in 2004. Prior to Interaction Metrics, Martha consulted for Nike and Adidas and worked for two dot-coms, where she was entrenched in nearly all aspects of customer satisfaction.
Martha loves discussing everything about customer experience optimization including valid sample sizes, eliminating bias, and how to get more value from your customer service teams. She’s always up for sharing examples of customer satisfaction surveys, Findings Reports, and other deliverables.
